Hi! I'm Rachel :)

Rachel Helland, Counsellor & Breathwork Facilitator

I'm a Registered Counsellor & Breathwork Facilitator located in Kelowna, BC.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the ways we think, feel, and navigate our lives and relationships. As a bit of a sensitive soul growing up, I found myself seeking to understand the emotional environment around me as a way to create safety for myself.

In my early twenties, a challenging relationship invited me to explore deeper parts of myself and turn more consciously toward healing. Working with incredible mentors who helped me transform my pain laid the foundation for how I now support my clients in doing the same.

My approach with clients: Compassionate yet no BS, with a good dose of humor.

I believe while we all know ourselves the best (at least the conscious parts), sometimes we need help to identify and transform what's happening at a deeper level, so we can become free to live more intentionally.

My style blends a practical, evidence-based approach with an intuitive and holistic lens.

I will always adapt my approach based on my clients needs, preferences, and goals.

I strive to create a safe container where clients can cultivate grace and understanding for themselves, so their wounds can reveal their wisdom.

My passion and commitment lies in walking alongside you and helping to guide the process of coming home to yourself.

My personal areas of interest: Inner Child work, Human Design, Gene Keys, Breathwork, Energy work, Tarot/Oracle.

Thanks for being here.
