What To Expect From A Breathwork Session?
Breathwork is a powerful practice designed to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and transform emotional wounds, creating space for deep healing and self-discovery.
 

Session Flow:

Duration: Each session lasts approximately 90-105 minutes
Setup: You'll arrive and create a cozy, supportive breathing space
Guidance: I’ll walk you through the process, answer any questions, and set intentions
Breath Journey: A 50-60 minute guided breathwork session, accompanied by music curated to enhance your experience
Integration: Afterward, there will be time to reflect, share, and process what came up for you.

You’ll be lying down comfortably in a dimly lit space, with a carefully curated playlist designed to deepen your journey and support emotional release.

Session Options & Pricing:

Individual Sessions: $210 per session
Group Sessions: $77 per person
At-Home Couple Sessions & Private Group Bookings Available

What Could I Experience In A Breathwork Session?

Anything and everything! Every session is unique, and your experience will be guided by your body, breath, and personal intention.

​

Physically: You may feel tingling, warmth, lightness, heaviness, or energy moving through your body. Some people experience deep relaxation, while others feel a surge of vitality.

Emotionally: Breathwork can bring up a range of emotions—from peace and joy to grief or unexpected laughter. It offers a safe space to process and release what’s been stored within.

Mentally: You may find that your mind speeds up, becomes more focused, or quiets down, becoming less cluttered. Breathwork can lead to moments of profound insight, helping you uncover subconscious thoughts, patterns, or limiting beliefs that were previously hidden

Spiritually: Many describe breathwork as a gateway to deeper self-connection, heightened intuition, and a greater sense of purpose and awareness.

 

Or, you may experience something completely different—something indescribable and uniquely your own. There’s no right or wrong way to experience breathwork. The key is to being open to the experience and trusting that whatever arises is exactly what you need.

How Do I Prepare For A Session?

Preparing mindfully can help you get the most out of your session and deepen your experience.

Here are a few simple steps to set yourself up for success:

Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before (and after) your session to support your body’s natural detox process.

Eat Mindfully: Have a light meal 45-60 minutes before your session to allow for digestion. Avoid heavy foods that may cause discomfort.

Avoid Alcohol & Substances: Refrain from alcohol and recreational substances at least 24 hours before.

Dress Comfortably: Wear soft, layered clothing as your body temperature may fluctuate throughout the session.

Stay Open & Curious: In the days and hours leading up to your session, you may notice emotions, memories, or thoughts surfacing. This is completely normal! Approach them with compassion, knowing your breathwork journey is already beginning.

What Should I Bring?

To create a comfortable and supportive space, please bring:

Yoga Mat: For a soft, grounding surface to lie on

Pillow: To support your head and neck
Blanket: For warmth and comfort as your body temperature shifts
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated before and after your session
Bolster (Optional): If lying flat is uncomfortable, a bolster can provide extra support
Journal (Optional): If you'd like to reflect and jot down insights afterward

 

Don’t stress if you’re unable to bring something, extras will be available.
